T&t-Review: Dilihat dari bentuk, seperti nya Samsung SGH-F400 ini dibuat untuk mengakomodir Anda yang pencinta musik dan fashion. Soalnya, bukan sekedar desain sliding biasa, ponsel ini bisa digeser ke atas dan kebawah. Jika digeser keatas maka ada speaker besar yang muncul. Nuansa elegan pun semakin kuat karena seluruh bodi diguyur dengan balutan warna hitam dan silver. Hal ini merupakan perpaduan yang sangat apik. Apalagi ponsel ini mempunyai dimensi sekitar 103.2x48.2x16.9 mm dan dengan dimensi seperti itu Samsung SGH-F400 sangat nyaman digenggam.

Kebutuhan Pelepas Stress

Lagi stress? Paling enak dengarkan musik. Nah, kalau Anda menggunakan Samsung SGH-F400, pasti semuanya jadi mudah. Soalnya, ponsel ini memang dibuat sebagai ponsel musik. Tak heran, ada speaker stereo ditanamkan. Sehingga Anda tidak perlu repot membawa alat pemutar musik lagi. Speaker eksternal yang ditawarkan juga sangat mumpuni dalam melantunkan suara. Nada yang dihasilkan terdengar mantap dan cukup keras. Lebih asyik lagi jika menggunakan Headset bawaan dengan jack standar 3.5 mm.

Fitur pada Music Player juga cukup lengkap. Terdapat fasilitas seperti repeat dan playlist yang bisa memainkan format musik MP3, AAC, eACC atau WMA. Kapasitas memori internal yang ditawarkan memang tidak besar. Hanya 24 MB. Oleh sebab itu Samsung menyediakan slot untuk memori tambahan yang berjenis microSD.

Didalam fasilitas musiknya juga terdapat berbagai macam fasilitas. Seperti Sound effects atau Equalizer yang terdiri dari Pop, Rock, Dance, Classic, Jazz, Wide, Dynamic dan Surround. Ada juga tambahan musik seperti Radio yang bisa menyimpan 50 channel stasiun radio FM.

Gambar Halus

Dengan kamera 3 megapiksel, hasil foto yang dihasilkan oleh Samsung SGH-F400 cukup baik. Hasil jepretan, baik di dalam ruangan maupun di luar ruangan pada siang hari sudah bagus. Namun bila Anda mengambil gambar pada malam hari, hasilnya juga cukup memuaskan. Walaupun sudah ada fasilitas Flash Light.

Terlebih ada bantu Autofokus walaupun tidak 100% maksimal. Resolusi yang dapat dihasilkan mulai dari 320x240, 640x480, 1280x1024, 1600x1200 hingga 2048x1536 pixel. Terdapat pula fasilitas seperti zoom hingga 3x pembesaran. Tetapi hanya bisa digunakan saat menggunakan resolusi 1600x1200 pixel. Selain itu, terdapat juga fasilitas Night mode dan Self timer, Brightness dan White Balance. Tambahan lainnya seperti efek-efek seperti frame dan mengedit hasil gambar.

Video yang dihasilkan dari kamera 3 megapiksel terlihat sedikit pecah-pecah. Maklum, resolusi video yang dapat dihasilkan hanya sebesar 320x240 atau 176x144 piksel. Efek video yang ditawarkan pun sedikit, hanya ada Night Mode, pengaturan White Balance, Brightness dan Mirror. Jika sedang merekam video, apabila gerakan kamera dipercepat, akan ada sedikit delay, namun tidak terlalu parah.

Koneksi Cepat

Samsung SGH-F400 ini sudah memiliki koneksi HSDPA yang mampu menghasilkan kecepatan 3.6 Mbps. Sedangkan untuk koneksi standar, Samsung ini hanya mengandalkan GPRS dan EDGE. Untuk hubungan jarak dekat ada Bluetooth yang sudah support A2DP.

Dengan menggunakan kabel data USB yang ada, Anda dapat membuat ponsel ini sebagai Modem ataupun Mass Storage device atau yang lebih beken dikenal sebagai USB Flash Disk. Transfer mentransfer file dengan ponsel lain via Bluetooth pun terasa sangat cepat. Apalagi Bluetooth ponsel ini compatible dengan perangkat lain yang memiliki fitur Bluetooth seperti Bluetooth Printer.

Google

Lagi-lagi, Samsung SGH-F400 mempercayakan search engine yang ditanamkan pada Google. Hal ini di peruntukan mencari berbagai macam data pada situs-situs. Sedangkan untuk email Samsung juga menggunakan Google mail.

Fitur Tambahan 

Ada beberapa fitur tambahan yang bikin suasana jadi bikin ceria. Seperti permainan games yang menampilkan beberapa permainan yang menarik seperti Asphalt2, Minigolf Las Vegas, Paris Hilton, Diamond Ques dan Tetris Mania.

Tambahan fitur yang lain juga tidak kalah pentingnya. Seperti fitur Memo, Task, World Clock, Calculator, Converter, Timer, Stopwatch, Calender dan Alarm pun ada yang memang menjadi standar di sebuah ponsel. (Maul)
